A new journal number will be released 5-7 times per year .
- A full proof must be presented to receive points. No points will be assigned for a partial solution.
- A solver will receive points for a full proof based on the following rule:
1+9/(number of solvers for that problem +1).
- A proposer will receive points for a proposed problem based on the same rule:
1+9/(number of solvers for that problem +1).
- A proposer cannot submit solutions to his/her problems in order to obtain awards as solver. However, any proposer can solve problems submitted by others.
The awards will be offered every year after each group of 5-7 published numbers.
